The following note, forming the fourth part of my serial studies on the Cirripedia Acrothoracica, is a detailed description of the morphology of the female of another peculiar type of the Acrothoracica Balanodytes taiwanus UTINOMI, its preliminary description having already been given (UTINOMI, 1950 a). Owing to the scantiness of the material, however, I could not extend into the detailed internal anatomy more extensively than I have made in the case of Berndtia purpurea UTINOMI (UTINOMI, 1957, 1960, 1961).
