Diagnosis. Unlike other xylic bioerosions, this ichnogenus forms a network of sinuous channels on the surface of the wood, which cross each other in denser populated areas. The channels are mostly sinuous, in varying degrees, with some exhibiting closed turns, but there are also straight ones. Some channels have small radial borings penetrating the fossil wood.
